T4T Capital Review

What Are T4T Capital

In order to trade Forex, you first need the size of your trading account. Trading in small accounts, in order to achieve a stable income, can lead to excessive trading and excessive use of borrowed funds. T4TCapital gives you the opportunity to get funding with a hands-on Forex evaluation.

Like all proprietary trading companies, T4T Capital requires you to do a pre-assessment to ensure you can trade with them in real-time. Using a demo account, traders have unlimited time to complete the assessment without breaking the rules of opening a live trading account.

To take the practical assessment, you need to pay a fee, a one-time payment. Traders who violate the rules/limits can pay a reset fee (but this does not apply to real accounts).

  • Level 1 account of $25 000 would cost $125.
  • Level 2 account of $50 000 would cost $250.
  • Level 3 account of $100 000 would cost $350.

As with real trading accounts, the wide range of account sizes offered to traders means that people with varying levels of experience can get hands-on certification and be able to trade live!

Unlimited time testing is suitable for all traders, whether beginners or experienced. The unlimited time frame relieves stress and therefore reduces the risk of unsatisfactory results. Of course, taking a forex trading course at Traders4Traders will greatly increase your chances of passing!

To get to the next level, you will need to do the following:

  1. Have been trading for at least 3 months.
  2. Receive 10% of the initial balance.
  3. Achieve the “Trader’s Efficiency Metric”.

T4T Capital Trading Rules and Account Limits

T4T Capital Trading Rules & Account Limits

Visit Now
  • Trading Rules

T4TCapital automatically manages your valuation. Based on industry-standard metrics to ensure minimal risk. If you violate any of the account management rules, your trade will be closed.

Please note: you do not need to reload your account if you violate any of the account management rules. But your trade will be closed automatically, including open or pending trades.

  • Account limits

If you violate any of the following limits, your evaluation will be closed. To continue your evaluation, you can pay a limit reset fee for your account size, your account will be reset to its initial balance, and you can continue your evaluation.

  • Stop Loss is attached to every trade

Professional traders attach a stop loss to each trade as their trade enters the market. Every time you open a position or place a pending order in the market, an existing stop loss must be attached to it! This means that you cannot enter the market and then add a stop loss. Every position you take must have a stop loss. If a stop-loss is not attached, you can lose the whole account.

If you use a market order or a pending order without a stop loss, the order will be automatically closed.

  • Weekly Loss Limit Level

To protect your profit from the previous week, the weekly loss limit level is set. It is set at the beginning of each week and remains unchanged until the end of the week. It is calculated as 2% of the initial account balance subtracted from the initial account balance for the week.

The 2% calculation is maintained for the duration of the practical assessment period. Once you open a real trading account, this 2% is increased to 5% after you achieve a 10% profit, giving you greater flexibility in the real account.

  • Maximum position size

Controlled by the leverage settings. If MT allows you to place a trade, you can do so. There are no more positions with a maximum lot size. The account balance is leveraged at a 10:1 ratio. This means that for every $10,000 USD in your trading account, you can trade $100,000 USD or 1 standard lot.

  • Resetting of fees

Reset fees only apply to demo forex trading classes, there are no reset fees on live accounts. If you violate the live account limits, your account will be closed.

For a practical evaluation of Demo Forex trading, you can reset your account under the following conditions:

  1. If you violate the rules and/or restrictions.
  2. At any time.

The cost of resetting depends on the size of your company’s initial account assessment. If you are an experienced foreign exchange trader, it is highly unlikely that you will need to reset your account.

Education and coaching plan

traders4traders education

T4T Capital is not only a prop firm for traders but also has an affiliated company, a Forex education portal/service – Traders4Traders, where you can find a number of different courses and obtain legitimate diplomas.

For example, the Professional Forex Diploma offers three modules dedicated to Forex trading. At the end of the course, traders will be able to get a job at the T4TCapital incubator fund, as well as trade their own capital.

Such an opportunity is not available at many other proprietary firms, which makes T4T Capital an excellent choice for beginning traders.

Traders4Traders offers two types of forex trading courses:

  • Forex trading course for beginners

The Complete Online Forex Trading Course is a comprehensive program that includes three online currency trading courses. The course includes tutorials, Traders4Traders trading software, a $100,000 demo account for hands-on evaluation, and the right to real savings account worth $100,000.

The cost of the entire online forex trading course is USD 1,499 for lifetime access.

  • Advanced Forex Trading Seminar

Traders4Traders has also developed a 5-day accelerated forex trading seminar. The seminar program consists of three days of intensive in-person training and two days of hands-on trading. All students have access to all training materials, a demo account, and Traders4Traders trading software.

The accelerated seminar costs $2,999.

After students get the right education on the academic programs, they can test their skills on a demo account with trading plans and rules. This prevents them from losing real money and helps them qualify for a forex-funded account if they pass this hands-on assessment.

You can also get basic knowledge for free. Just register with Traders4Traders and you will receive the 5 part webinar “How Bankers Trade Forex” and the course “Forex 101: Quick Start Course”.

Pros & Cons

Pros:

  • Funding up to $1 000 000
  • No time limit on profit target
  • Simple trading rules and account limits
  • No monthly subscriptions
  • Automated risk management

Cons:

  • Limited leverage
  • Not the best reputation
  • No weekend holding

Conclusion

Overall, T4T Capital is a good choice when considering some of the leading proprietary companies in their sector. With significant profit sharing, a range of trading instruments, and multiple account levels, T4T Capital is worth considering when it comes to funding.

The leverage is relatively low, which may not suit all traders, but the other benefits of this propaganda company mean that traders of all experience levels have the opportunity to develop their skills and earn real capital. We were particularly impressed with the Scaling Up competition, as it’s rare for a company to facilitate participation in a competition with more than one option.

Mixed reviews give the company a pretty average rating, so we recommend reading more personal testimonials, but overall T4T Capital is a great choice if you’re looking for a startup!

What a novice trader should pay attention to?

Structure of the proprietary company

  • Managing partners – experienced traders with serious experience: they make decisions concerning large trading operations and other business tasks.
  • Senior traders – each of them is in charge of their own trading direction (scalping, action trading, precious metals trading and etc.).
  • Ordinary traders – trade on different strategies. They are subordinate to one of the senior traders depending on the trading method.

In addition to these departments, large prop firms have:

  • a training center;
  • a risk management department;
  • analytical department;
  • the department of developers and testers of strategies and software.

Risks

The level of riskiness of trading strategies can vary at proprietary firms, but on average, the risk is slightly higher than at firms that operate on the hedge fund principle. This is because although hedge funds have broad authority to manage client money, they do not trade with their own funds and have to limit risk in many trades, thereby diverting much of the amount under management to hedging.

What is the risk of a proprietary trader?

In the classic model of proprietary trading, all risks associated with the loss of trading capital are assumed by the company.

In order to minimize them, a well-developed risk-management scheme is used, which includes the following points:

  • Limits the loss per trading session.
  • Setting the limit for buying/selling the volume of assets for each day.
  • Deals are not carried over to the next trading day.
  • The company limits the trader’s working time without the possibility of extending it.
prolongation. After the expiration of the set trading hours, all open transactions are closed forcibly.
  • The risk manager monitors every order opened by a prop trader and stops trading in case of negative trends.

The working principle of most proprietary firms differs significantly:

  • A prop trader places a certain amount of money on a real account, the company increases the deposit several times.
  • Trading is carried out within the frameworks set by the company, in accordance with the required money management and recommendations of senior traders.
  • In the case of a series of losing trades, which lead to a loss of funds approaching the amount of trader’s own money, a stop-out triggers, and trading stop.
  • The prop company recovers its capital, the account is blocked and the trader will have to negotiate with the firm again to continue trading.
  • The company itself does not risk its capital.
